1) You are not a lawyer, but you are entitled to your own opinion. However, your post is all in your opinion and is speculating over a the definition of a law.
2)While they have advertised what it is meant for, which everyone knows, it wont hold ground in the court of law
Why?
First, have you noticed all the other vaporizors on the website? What do you think is the intention of those vaporizors? Any of those companies are up for a raid and it will probaly them before cannacig because they have actual sales and money. (money goes to the gvt. in seizures)
Second, any business plan can change, which was later indicated that the product will only be available to certain states. I am certain that the lawyers have been behind that. No wonder the dilution, do you know how expensive lawyers are? IMO
Third,if it does go to court, there might be a slight stop in circulation, but all the company has to do is show them their new and recent intentions to fufill accordance with the law and apoligize for wrong verbage in a pr. This is after cannacig makes real money in which it would be profitable for DEA. So i would expect a nice run before that is even in the picture.
