SirSmokesAlot, you are right, Im not a lawyer, however, what I posted here regarding Cannacig and how its importation, distribution, and export clearly violates several Federal statutes is not only based on my reading of the relevant US Code, but also based on the many discussions I have almost daily with my sister who has been practicing law and trying cases for over 3 decades in the Georgia Northern Federal District & 11th Circuit courts, and regarding the rest of your post, the DEA is but 1 of the many Federal agencies that RFMKs importation and distribution of Cannacig will probably attract, and BTW, they dont choose their targets by how much they can seize or how much money the illegal operation makes, but the biggest 1 of all is the US Attorneys Office who have made clear that they are going after Medical Marijuana profiteers.
