It would appear they know something we don't know. Why continue to grab shares as BPAX continues it's downtrend to new lows? They don't care if this continues to go down. To them most investors have lost over 50% of the money they've put into BPAX. Maybe these people throw in the towel and they'll just grab more shares for a cheaper price. Something is going on behind the scenes, which is why retail investors are left in the dark. I just hope that news is released before this goes back under a dollar. We all dealt with that before the R/S. I don't want to be put through that again.
