What is your take here ? Looks like insiders are underwater also ! And if Tang is still holding he is too !

When i saw note holder Tang converting right into a RS .....and continuing to buy common stock along with the RS ....

This had the look of a BUYOUT OR PARTNER

Along with the silence from Co

Considering the portfolio here......And 9th safety review coming..
