agreed. my thought on the lack of run is:

-- someone may be dumping to keep this low for now, possibly shorting in small flip cycles (ie: short at 09, cover at 08).

-- all of us who are buying confidently have realized this and are fishing at 07/08 now, instead of 12-17.

as before, i'm fine with OPHI staying under 0.10 for a while, allowing us to accum more cheap shares each month.

if they can continue to build revenues, the price will rise at some point.
