Carl has so much debt, not to mention equity in Celsius, he could probably double the O/S with dilution and still have majority control. SO it's not "his interests" that would be hurt.

I'm guessing that Tony Little isn't foolish enough to take some warrants at a premium price to help Celsius out, especially given Mario's screwing over.

Interesting that the company disclosed the terms for Mario, but not Little.

dilution happens in pinks all the time and Celsius doesn't appear to be any different or better than any of the rest
