The first announcement of success Sept. 7, 2010, was not just a placeholder. It had insufficient impact because most people did not know what the stakes were and did not know what the goal was.
After that PR the PPS was already up by 300%.
The followup PR on Sept. 13, 2010 explained the breakthrough "in layman's terms" and also added the critical fact that " the spider DNA has fully integrated into the silkworm chromosome."
This started the rise that peaked at ~0.26 on 9/27/2010 two weeks later.

False.

Missing from your evidence is the countless paid stock promotions that went on during the entire month of september. Which is why, the chart behaved Exactly like a pump and dump.

Look at the HOURLY level 2 data for sept 29, 2010. Now magically it dumped down to nearly .10 BEFORE THE PRESS CONFERENCE! Those with Many millions of shares were co-conspirators to inflating the PPS and dumping millions of shares into the fake (newsletter induced) volume.

Used was a very old trick, but very effective one. The classic P&D trick called "look over there, and ignore what I am about to do". The many paid promos told recipients to "hold til you see the whites of their eyes", i.e. hold until sept 29 press con. PR no matter what happens. Then they SELL at the peak of optomism, and leave everyone confused. "good news came out, why'd the pps go down"? This trick, I have watched happen many times, and as recently as 1 week ago.

KBLB did not go back to .01 b/c something real did happen, but more than half of all of the PPS action was entirely fake. It is my opinion that Kim and POSSIBLY Ben Hansel remain as the mega million share owners. The threat of malicious manipulation to the extent that existed in sept 2010 is much diminished imo.

Because KBLB is now known and followed by many more people, the next jump may be even more sudden, but history shows us that 1 or 2 days response time was too long.

The problem is that if KBLB is sole driving force behind the PPS, then you will see much less volatility.

Swalert pumps(main pumper=same audience) had become much less effective anyways. The november zfn success PR + swalert pump did NADA FOR THE pps.

You can ALWAYS bet on one thing. If a stock is being promoted, SOMEBODY is looking to liquidate shares. In the case of the sept-dec 2010 PPS destruction, it was just old dilution finally hitting the market.


Anytime you see a large price movement, EVEN WITH A PR, just do a quick check and look for stock promo's.

If KBLB releases a commercialization PR, and concurrently 20 stock promos go out...... it WILL surge too high and WILL retrace.

That doesnt mean money can't be made, or long positions maintained, it just means you will be much better armed to maximize profits. and if the play the same game as in sept 10 and june 11, then you will know Exactly when they plan on dumping.
