Hammbone62, It's not FFA but F.A.A. I've been in the ATC business for over 30 years and the big catch phrase for the last 20 years has been the FAA re-modernization program or "Next Gen" for air traffic purposes. Basically changing the way you see targets i.e., 3d versus radar scopes. It's kinda funny that I have interjected these thoughts over 2 years or so but when I did I was totally ignored. So I read this site several times a week and am content to watch the same dozen or so posters go back and forth with an occasional good post. I figured I was'nt wanted in your fraternity, huh! I exceeded my quota of posts yesterday, so I apologize for the belated response. We know Boeing corresponded with TDCP leadership in the past via the PR mentioning Boeing in 2010. However, I do not know for certain that 3DIcon is the company Boeing referred to in the article you read, but it could be.
