The average price of the 35MM shares issued to each officer in the last Form 4's is just over .003.

I wouldn't pay more than the insiders did......on paper.

$106,000 divided by 35,000,000 = .00302857

That's why I wrote the Seeking Alpha blog. Now they need to issue more shares to fund bringing the wells online.

Someone should have advised these clowns. They went about this the wrong way. Not a bash, just an observation.
