I don't know the number of people who hit the costco.com site each day but it is the 1,011th most popular Internet site in the world and number 213 in the United States. Here are more stats below.

The most important thing for MDHI is to get an Google campaign going. Much more cost effective than TV. On its side however, is that they do really well in Google natural search appearing on page one for the top searched term in this space "medical alarm". For this they appear 5th, which is really good. Companies spend hundred of thousand of dollars on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to get a first page placement in Google natural search. So this is for sure a big positive for MDHI.

Costco is great but is only reaching a fraction of the market.

I dont know about you, but we have one in the greater Birmingham area and I'm too cheap to hold a membership, but when I need party supplies such as their Margarita mix, in my opinion is the best I have ever had, I borrow a membership card. That place rocks with buisness. You want a thin screen TV, Best Buys is about dead, I always go see the prices at Costcos first. I have two thin sceens from Costos hanging on my walls. Costcos is a monster. Can you imagine if Costcos cornered the I-phone in the beginning? Its how they work, They will have MDHI foir a specific amount of time. In this economy, Costcos, Sams and super walmarts are where Americans shop. My old Costcos in Dunwoody Ga, carries liquor. $14 liter of Kettle One. I buy a case every time I pass through North Atlanta. I have gone out of my way to swing by that one.
I wouldnt down play the power of Costcos. Old folks spread products word of mouth too.
