Once again Shadow you make accusations with no facts. I am directly challenging you in front of this whole board to put up or shutup. I challenge you to post any proof...JUST ONE LITTLE PIECE that any insiders are selling. You won't be able too. Because the FACTS are none of the Officers of IDS EVER HAD FREE TRADING SHARES. Anyone with any investing knowledge knows that Officers never get free trading shares during a merger. Then you make accusations against the CEO of the company again with no proof. The FACT is this Reg Sho list does not show all shorting, you need to learn the correct rules. Reg Sho only shows naked shorting and because stock is not on the list does not mean there is no short postion. If John Doe has a 1 Million Share block at Schwaab, then another client of Schwaab who does not own the stock can short upto 1 Million shares without it being reported on Reg Sho list.

KENS was the big seller during this selloff and now you will notice they are gone and gone for good. Customer Accounts Compliance problems, gee I wonder what that was caused by???

So unless you can, and you never will be able to post here ANY SCRAP OF PROOF, that any Officer and specifically the CEO Downs you repeatedly accuse of insider selling, then the whole board will know you for the liar you are.

PS> Why would a real shareholder be upset because stock went up 34.6% yesterday. I certainly am not because I bought alot of stock again on Tuesday during that forced "broker buyin of non-paying client of 475k shares" and the following weak sister panic selloff. Also who do you think was buying all the shares sending it right back up yesterday. Simple answer...REAL LONG TERM INVESTORS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE DROP...not daytraders.

In closing we await one single document to change board opinion of the liar you are. Not your innuendo, cut and paste any brokerage transaction that shows Officers have ever had free trading or are selling massive amounts as you claim. See if your not a liar then you must have documents to post regarding these sales "YOU KNOW ARE OCCURING". I THINK NOT!!!

Re: Insider Selling

Fallacy: Burden of Proof

Includes: Appeal to Ignorance ("Ad Ignorantiam")

Description of Burden of Proof
Burden of Proof is a fallacy in which the burden of proof is placed on the wrong side. Another version occurs when a lack of evidence for side A is taken to be evidence for side B in cases in which the burden of proof actually rests on side B. A common name for this is an Appeal to Ignorance. This sort of reasoning typically has the following form:

1.Claim X is presented by side A and the burden of proof actually rests on side B.

2.Side B claims that X is false because there is no proof for X.

In many situations, one side has the burden of proof resting on it. This side is obligated to provide evidence for its position. The claim of the other side, the one that does not bear the burden of proof, is assumed to be true unless proven otherwise. The difficulty in such cases is determining which side, if any, the burden of proof rests on. In many cases, settling this issue can be a matter of significant debate. In some cases the burden of proof is set by the situation. For example, in American law a person is assumed to be innocent until proven guilty (hence the burden of proof is on the prosecution). As another example, in debate the burden of proof is placed on the affirmative team. As a final example, in most cases the burden of proof rests on those who claim something exists (such as Bigfoot, psychic powers, universals, sense data, and Insider Selling).

Examples of Burden of Proof

Bill: "I think that we should invest more money in expanding the interstate system."
Jill: "I think that would be a bad idea, considering the state of the treasury."
Bill: "How can anyone be against highway improvements?"

Bill: "I think that some people have psychic powers."
Jill: "What is your proof?"
Bill: "No one has been able to prove that people do not have psychic powers."

"You cannot prove that God does not exist, so He does."

"You cannot prove that Insider Selling does not exist so it does"
