Yours is a REALLY GREAT POST, 'ACE', because it again gives us reassurance that, as a good business man who enjoys success & who likes to make money, just like Governor Romney does, also, our 'capitan' Jeff Reid knows what he is doing, so that, all we have to do, as 'common share holders', is to just trust him & his management team to keep on making the right decisions!!! Then, as a consequence, in due season, we shall all harvest the BOUNTIFUL GREEN crop of 'DINERO'!!! GO KMAG! Jaime

A couple other good things...


about this are:

He exchange over $300K of debt for 25M Preferred Shares (they are covertable at 25:1).

1) Jeff assures he is in control going forward..

2) Jeff doesn't impact the O/S at all unless he needs too to protect is majority interest...

Excellent moves indeed!!!

Now on to generating more business, revenues, and net earnings!!!!

Patience will be rewarded here...
