A couple other good things...


about this are:

He exchange over $300K of debt for 25M Preferred Shares (they are covertable at 25:1).

1) Jeff assures he is in control going forward..

2) Jeff doesn't impact the O/S at all unless he needs too to protect is majority interest...

Excellent moves indeed!!!

Now on to generating more business, revenues, and net earnings!!!!

Patience will be rewarded here...

A new contract, continued growth, share buyback, +++++ This goes up bigtime!!! We are worth pennies today.
