Sharing some of the same frustration. Hoping the audit gets us back in to the .07+ range with some volume. I've had buy orders in the .05 to .06 range for about 300K and managed to get a couple of partials for a total of 48K. Hardly worth the two $10 in commissions.

The fundamental problem with Virtra IMO, remains the fact that nobody knows about this company, other than our Ihub circle and those who bought and forgot. The silence has been hard, but I choose to believe it's part of a strategy, and I hope successful one. GLTY!

The company anticipates the 2011 audited report will be released the week of the 16th. Unaudited Q1 '12 is currently expected to be issued around the end of the month and unaudited Q2 '12 is projected to be completed prior to August 15th.
