I don't disagree with that assessment, but it's not about having an accountant on staff, it's about keeping records..... logs about what transpired.... receipts for what was spent, etc.

This isn't rocket sceince or brain surgery, it's records keeping.

Actually, you really need a good accountant almost immediately, because the sticky area is with taxes and all. However, when it comes to doing that paperwork for regulatory filing agencies, that often does take a back seat to almost everything else. If you can keep viable, then you will be able to play catch up. But if you can't keep viable but do beautiful paperwork, all you've done is really documented your failure beautifully. And that extra ten thousand might have allowed you to strike paydirt. It's all about balance and SNEY is trying to play catch-up.
