Actually, you really need a good accountant almost immediately, because the sticky area is with taxes and all. However, when it comes to doing that paperwork for regulatory filing agencies, that often does take a back seat to almost everything else. If you can keep viable, then you will be able to play catch up. But if you can't keep viable but do beautiful paperwork, all you've done is really documented your failure beautifully.
