but your timeline kinda suggests they didn't start finalizing the 10Q 1 until they filed the 10k '11. My point is they have known for 2 yrs they would need to do this, they have had practice getting this stuff done, and they know what they are going to need to accomplish it.

Maybe I find paperwork easier than others, I don't know, but from what I have observed so far I find the constant delays and lack of being ready to be a sign of incompetence in that area of running a company.

Jim46 can chime in on this one, but, it is my experience that the accountant is the last one to be added to the staff. You must start with the business plan ang get to cash plow positive ASAP. From there, supporting organizations can be added as needed and afforded. I think we will likely find out soon that SNEY is just about out of scramble mode and ready to take on the supporting staff (read here Mouths to feed). The big question will be what and how much? What about legal? What about logistics planning? Probably more options and requirements than cash flow will permit. JMHO. Ck
