I think you meant a REVERSE stock split. That is the only thing that may happen here. The company does a R/S and a name change to bring the price to .03-.05 to try to get things moving again. I do believe that it will be beaten down to .0001 again if it does happen but money can be made ONLY if the shares are trading. A dead stock does noone any good.

The only thing I'm hopeful for is that the MM's start trading this sucker before the R/S to squeeze out every dime they can get before the split.

Thats how it usually works with penny land. The stock jumps on sudden out of the blue volume going 500 - 600% then falls back in a coma for a week or two then you hear news that the stock will be do a R/S. At this stage it is a game of musical chairs.

PharmaCON has been dead for years. Revoked papers since late 2010.
A known scam artist(Jeffrey Smuda who had just come off 3 other scam companies) took over from another known scam artist who moved on to his next scam.

The Nevada Incorporation papers have been revoked for years in Smuda's name. It will now cost $34,550. to reinstate the papers according to the Nevada site.

I've seen info. that public companies like PharmaCON that sit for years actually have shares "turned in" lowering the OS.

There's been a gag order on the TA since before Gary Berthold took over and Gary took advantage of that. The last year he was in charge he did 3 AS increases in a 6 month period. The AS grew from 2B to 5B, 60 days later the AS was raised from 5B to 10B and 60 days after that one Gary raised the AS from 10B to 20B.
"Majority shareholders" don't approve AS increases for nothing, they do it for dilution and in many cases don't care how much the stock sells for, right on down to .0001.

BTW- in a forward split scenario the PPS is lowered not raised from .0001 to .05 for example, a 1 for 500 RS using the PHMB price of .0001 would produce an after RS price of .05. a forward split of having 1 and receiving 10 would lower the price from .05 to .005

Promoters may be able to come here and make this "the next one to the moon."
