I disagree, not a good shell for anything.

This has been a dirty shell for years going from one scam artist CEO in one company to another and another and another as far back as you can research.

The likes of Jeffrey Smuda, Gary Berthold, Daniel Ryan have used and abused investors for years with this shell. Not to mention the CEOs before Daniel Ryan.

On top of that the $23,250 owed to Nevada to bring the papers current and if somebody does pay for it the SEC could shut them down as shares have been trading off and on for years with the incorporation papers being revoked.

Last time I saw something like that going on, a company with yet another new CEO was shut down by the SEC and is now on the grey market.
