It is still patent pending, which is actually a good thing for the company, as patents once fully granted do expire. The technology is still protected by US copyright laws however the expiration timer has not started ticking down.

Now before anyone states that the patent cannot be found online please note that when you file a patent you can declare that it not be available to the public. Just the facts.
