I'll go along with that, or definately by EOM, post-"tour"..

Regardless of your thoughts on MLV, the company (LBSR) has changed since they were brought on board. HM has become prominent, something has happened with NAK loans, BCSP future, S-1 approved and locked in, etc..

I believe one of the facets of the MLV agreeement was to help evaluate the best corporate structure for monetizing these mineral claims.
