funny you mention MLV i just e-mailed tracy to try and get more info on it. Here is my e-mail

During the time that LBSR entered into an agreement with MLV did MLV accomplish anything beneficial to LBSR? Assuming they did this is quoted in the release

"We also agreed to pay a success fee on the completion of a merger, acquisition, joint venture, sale asset sale, asset purchase, strategic investment with a company or companies engaged in the metals and mining industry or vend-in or strategic partnership.

We have also agreed to pay a placement fee for any equity or debt offering of which MLV introduced the investor. The placement fee will be payable as to cash and shares."

Did MLV accomplish anything they were hired to do? is it possible that they have accomplished one of the above agreements and could be paid in the future? or is MLV simply out of the picture completely?

I cannot talk about future events. But as of right now we owe MLV nothing for their work on our behalf; they are paid in full.

So the possibility stands that MLV could have done something and may get paid but nothing is owed to date. That is how i read it.
