Must be I didn't use the right word. I at least knew the only
canceling that got attempted was done by power companies.
My other coal stock is suing for breach also, for same thing.
But nothing is happening. Federal Court, because contracts
are in several states. But Justice Dept works for Obama,
as does EPA. They have been told to drive coal out of
business. So I wonder how much will be recovered in court.
