As a CHRI shareholder, I could not care less about HBRM shareholders.
I think no deal with Herborium is a good deal for CHRI. so your report sounds like positive news to me--- I am buying more CHRI.

Once this deal is off the table, CHRI is free to pursue a more solid U.S. partner. Maybe even one that manages to generate a profit!

What did he say that makes you say that? I, too, have been anxiously waiting a decision, but I hear merger decisions take eight to 12 weeks with lawyers involved.
