I just got off the phone with S. Weiss. He doesn't seem to confident in the deal anymore. Seems the good Dr at HBRM is just sitting on the offer. He thinks Wang will give a deadline and that will be that. Anyone that holds HBRM will get screwed if she doesn't do this deal. So much for looking out for he shareholders best interest.
