Hrbart, I have worked for 4 companies that let employees purchase company stock 15% below market value, and no broker fees. We had to hold the stock for 1 year.
I took a fast look and didn't see any holding period. I also noticed no member of the compensation committee is is eligible to purchase shares. I believe Campagna and Roath are that committee. This information is in the notice of annual meeting of shareholders for 2002.
