they are a partner in this venture... not the primary drilling team
they provide certain funding on a percentage basis to the primary drillers and wait... they may have already funded their portion of the project already.
Those are good questions that need to be addressed by the company. I have noooooooo magic rabbit in my hat. Honest. My guess was they were counting on the split and then the share price to rise up afterwards...making for more available shares at a higher price to use to start drilling...NOT!
I did not think a 5/1 split was the best idea they could have come up with - not sure what they really had in mind...I have not see a 5/1 split in a small company end up beneficial.
