I have used Scottrade for three years. They will work with you on commissions on penny stocks, but I have not called them to use stop orders. That seems to defeat the online practicality of using an online broker. I monitor my trades via my iphone with the scottrade app. Trades happen fast with S/C , sometimes to fast. LOL
