Correct, but they had already been talking back and forth with fuja21. Rather than being so formal, after a myriad of emails between the company and fuja, they ended it with 'we can't discuss this any further'. If that question was his first, they may have approached it differently.

I don't know, I guess I still don't jump on the idea that there is something there that specifically has to do with BIEL itself.

Like I said, I'd prefer that you be correct, but my viewpoint is how my brain works. :)
