Aps will take a shell, buy it, hand out millions of shares to "insiders" for basically free, it won't trade for a while, then boom it trades as the promo starts. They are always OTCBB companies too. They claimed to be paid to promote such companies but the more likely truth is that getting the insiders rich is the goal by its self because aps are the insiders in a round about way. Just my opinion.
