Here is the Logic =>

Restricted shares are vesting and hitting the market through the 3rd party paying for the Promotion

Promo 270K / .0007 = 385 Million shares being added to the float ,
round up to 500M for a bit of profit above 270K for the Promoter / Lender / Financier

Mystery solved.
I think next Financials will present shareholders with a 850 M plus Float coupled with an A/S increase to 5 Billion.

The Promo will be a dud if the Financier doesn't turn off the dilution taps to allow it to breath and run.

Investors becoming antsie with the dropping price and will move quickly out of EVDR .
