Usually before any promo takes off a stock will take a hit.
EVDR is paying $250K CASH to pay for the promotion. So if they were dilluting they would have to sell over 300 million shares at 0.0008 to pay for the promo. Okay, any logic to that?

When MAXM is done accumulating, and the promo kicks in full gear we will take off. ATRN did the same thing before they begain there run from less then a penny to 0.36 cents. When EVDR runs it will be epic, IMO.
