again you are talking about "past transactions" and deals that never happenned. that was different management and a completely different company.
HPEV has been in charge for a year now and they have a very real technology(s) that they are trying to bring to market.
if your problem with the company is their history, i suggest you talk to the current CEO to see what he is up to.
you should not use words like "SCAM" and "SEC inquiry" lightly. these are very serious allegations. especially when you cant or are not prepared to back it up.
just because you lost money in a stock does not make it a scam.
