He ain't the only one. Despite the report of MP, very frank and informative, and lacking in any real optimism about the future of CDEX, some claim the buying of additional shares.
The freerealtime site shows some activity that perhaps bears that claim out.

I guess that they skipped over the "bewares" and financials, and paid attention only to the "ifs and anticipates".

Which leads me to speculate that there is quite a lot of email and telephone communications going on. And some unfounded optimism expressed on the TLC board, based no doubt on the Ifs and Anticipates, with the aim of generating some more buying. Hoping to raise a bit of a pump?

I doubt that it lasts, though, At around a buck twenty, the stock is a bit pricy for much of that.
