My (very very approximate) calculations were based on that assumption.
If, as Kim has said potential buyers are indicating, MS is suitable for the high tech market, then that's what it will be sold to.
A "detuned" silk (one of the other piggyBaced worms) could be sold to the garments industry. BUT since the costs would be exactly the same and the price far less for the garments industry, obviously that would be put on the back burner until MS is already on the (high tech) market and probably untill after gen2 is as well (which should make an even higher profit margin than MS.
IMHO the garments industry is going to have to wait awhile. (except possibly for a very high end specialty market that was willing to pay the higher price)
