Not really. CMKX is complicated because of all the people and entities involved--and I'm sure that's deliberate--but it isn't very mysterious.

Unfortunately many people still don't recognize a P&D when they see one.

On Aug. 8 The SEC enforcement div. filed a brief asking for a summary judgment and immediate revocation.
I've yet to see a response from the ALJ. Did I miss something?
