I have to agree with you Earnest, all my searches are coming up empty!!!! The only time I've seen mention of American Gold Holdings Ltd is from an article by Bryan Murphy @ Small Cap Network from June 19th. He mentions in his article

"The company extending the revolving loan is American Gold Holdings Ltd. Hmmm certainly makes you think ehhh?
