I have to agree with you Earnest, all my searches are coming up empty!!!! The only time I've seen mention of American Gold Holdings Ltd is from an article by Bryan Murphy @ Small Cap Network from June 19th. He mentions in his article

"The company extending the revolving loan is American Gold Holdings Ltd. It's not a consumer credit household name like Visa or MasterCard, but within the mining world, the fact that American Gold Holdings is willing to bet up to $15 million on Liberty Gold Corp. - a surprisingly high ceiling for a new operation - speaks volumes about the caliber of company Liberty is".

Hmmm certainly makes you think ehhh?
