I can understand that, and the only reason that I think they need to be discussed now is because they NEED to be addressed in a BIG way if ANDI is to reach the next level as a company. Frankly, the reason the preferred shares are there is completely irrelevant. The point is they are there, and with the current share structure just the preferred Bs account for 97.5% of the fully diluted metrics. How can any common holder be ok with just 2.5% fully diluted interest?
