It's entirely possible he came up with another $99,000 store special, LOL. That would be great if he's racking up near half million dollar properties to use as the equity or just turn them around and re-sell them, if he doesn't intend to use them. Very genius, great way to meet that $3.3 million requirement. A few more, and he's there, no increase in A/S needed.
