I would agree , for that amount he definitely has something going and we are close , remember he said "cusp" which is out of character for him ...so IMO I think we financed part of our cusp yesterday with those sales. I think Val has been V E R Y conservative - frugal when he could be not bowing to outside pressures from shareholders etc . I also think he has been EXTREMELY carefull not to show his hand when possible (bank deal) , yesterday however I think he had to show his hand in effect ,,,,this cash I will almost guarantee is being spent on something B I G for us.

In regards to issuing using these shares / people griping - uh thats OTOWS money to use as someone else stated - thats what this is all about . We all knew what the AS is / was when we bought our shares.

I would rather the guy spend and continue to build / get things rolling - then just sit around with a lower OS count and not do a damx thing. This way either the end comes sooner OR AS I BELIEVE we get rolling here a.s.a.p.
