On the contrary, i was chatting up an bb.com employee at the gym about this issue last month. He said that a complaint had been filed (not sure how recent) with the Better Business Bureau about sales rankings and everything turned out to be legit. Someone with better fact finding skills may be able to get a confirmation on this.
