You are right, there is no demand at all for this stock in general other than current holders. That 400k on the bid popped up after I made that post. How is that for timing? Sudden support. Also, we don't know how many orders are pending on the ask under .032. Level 2 only shows the lowest price listed for an exchange even if there is a larger sell order at a slightly higher price.
Bottom line is that the cheapies are not gone. My point is that the price was manipulated to get to .04 and now it has found its proper place in the cheap zone. You are correct that it will move on low volume if we actually get approval...or the manipulators need to raise some more bucks via PP.
