Simple supply and demand. A guy (maybe the guy from LT's group that wants to bail for another investment) is trying to liquidate his final shares... there are 95,900 shares available at .022 which looks like the remainder of his order over the last few trading days. There's a buyer out there looking to pick up 400,000 at .021. There's no other pending Ask below .032 at the moment.

Just to put this into perspective, someone is trying to liquidate about $2,100 worth of stock. It can EASILY be moved back up to .04 in the coming weeks even on low volume. We're talking about miniscule orders affecting the share price until we have manuals approval.

We aint seen nothin yet... and I continue to accumulate.
