No, I think I know what you are getting at. If a company were to say get a multi-billion dollar government contract and people inside the company leaked out the info to friends etc.....then I would agree with you on that point, totally illegal and unethical. My point was more clearly stated by thenegotiator in that Steve Baughman does have every right in the world to tell people about the new company and if they want to buy then thats up to them
