IHGP - We now have 4 market makers on the ask. ETrade's has been switching their market making from ETMM to ETRF. Wonder if ETMM is banned/barred from making a market for some reason?

Inventory issues created by ETMM for ETrade?

Will be watching for a forced buyin here, and in other OTC stocks that have been abusively short sold.
