They maybe exceptional at finding gold and other valuable minerals/ore to mine, but based on the ongoing joke that is filing their paperwork I would say it is a valid adj. in regards to this aspect of running/managing a company.
It's not like this is their first rodeo.
I don't doubt that they are doing a bang up job in regards to mining, it's their paper suffling skills that I question, and this ongoing delay and excuses for delays is evidence that their skill is extremely lacking.
