#7698 RE: Large Green #7688

LG, UWBK did what WAMU did not do.. Thats to sue the OTS/OCC for the actions of taking the banks assets. And asking for them back..

All the discovery and procedural issues aside and behind us..

U nailed the nail on the head..

It is a winner take all stakes..

Two players.. Two bets.. And THABJ will soon decide..

Because the Oral Argument is Moot.. She has made up her mind..

Now she has to put it on paper..

Decision coming soon..

IMO By the 4th of July but No later than.. Labor Day..

GLTA..

GO UWBKQ Go..

Large Green....I'll just put it this way, I was in Wamu and I know all the details of what happened there. I held 2k preferred shares there but decided to sell when I saw what road that case was headed down. In the process, I made a nice profit on my W shares and bought more UWBKQ and Lehman cap trusts. At the time I purchased more UWBKQ shares there was'nt really a whole lot going on as opposed to now. This Judge is not weak....she has shown the ability and resolve to stand up to gov authorities in the past and she has ruled in our favor on nearly every occasion, mostly due to the excellent work of our attornies. All I can say is....comparing the wamu/uwbk cases are like night and day. I have personally picked up all the shares I could and am patiently looking forward to a positive conclusion.
