I believe when you first join, you have to click on a link to verify your e-mail address which allows you to post 3 posts a day and then eventually (but I don't know how or when) you are bumped up to 15 posts a day.

I believe you were reduced to 3 posts/day for some ADmin issues. I'll PM you.
