Some of the Adequacy Questions for added info are off the wall interpretations by the DRMS. Especially from Hays "Please provide a "Rigorous" as required by the hard rock mining rules."
Seriously! There is no where in the Hard rock mining rules where it puts the word rigorous in any section of the hard rock mining rules.....

IMO Knight Piesold will answer some ?s with ?s or blanks saying that info is not required and will bring those disputed adequacy issues before the CMLRB which is where we are headed anyway. The Board will over rule the DRMS and their CRAP.
my fear is the response Knight gives will give the DRMS some excuse ("we now need more time to review all the info given to us before we can make a recommendation to the board") to push hearings/decisions out further on the calendar.
